Instructions
Step 1
remove the seeds from the cardamom pods, remove the stem from the bay leaves
Step 2
Place the all the seeds ingredients including the bay leaves in a pan and roast until fragant without burning.
Step 3
Let them cool down and grind everything.
Step 4
Mix in the remain powders and stir until well combined
