Instructions

Step 1
Mix water, sugar, salt and yeast
Step 2
Add Flour and mix/knead until window test or good gluten development.. around 5 mins in mixer.
Step 3
Add olive oil and combine
Step 4
Weigh and divide dough into two balls.
Step 5
Place balls into containers or plastic bags.
Step 6
Cold ferment for at least 2 days, longer is better
