Instructions
Step 1
Put scrubbed and washed Fingerling potatoes into a 3×9 baking pan/sheet(cramping of the potatoes help them steam).
Step 2
Cover tightly with foil put in oven on the middle rack at 450° for 50 minutes.
Step 3
Check after 50 minutes, shake and put back in for another 20 minutes shaking again after 10 minutes.
Step 4
Test for doneness with a paring knife 🗡️, if knife 🗡️ goes on to the potatoes smoothly, then they are done.
Step 5
Transfer to bowl, use all of the oil in the pan.
Step 6
Toss in the seasoned salt and mix with a spoon. Let rest for 5 minutes and then dive in.
