Instructions
Step 1
in a medium sized bowl stir dry ingredients together. set aside
Step 2
In a small bowl add rokm temperature milk, egg, and butter. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Pour wet into dry and mix to combine. Batter should be loose. Add water if needed.
Step 4
Let stand 15 minutes.
Step 5
Heat skillet to 7. Grease with bacon fat. spoon by 1/4 cups into pan.
Step 6
Cook 5 minutes. Flip. Turn down to 6 1/2 cook 3 minutes.
Step 7
Continue until all batter is used.
