For the Sauce:

Step 1
Use two pans. In the Misen pan, add half of the ground turkey (no oil needed).
Step 2
In the Always pan, add a small amount of oil and add the ginger and garlic in and cook for 1-2 min until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the other half of the turkey in the Always pan and cook until the ground turkey is almost cooked through.
Step 4
Add half of the shredded cabbage to each pan and stir periodically so the cabbage softens. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to each pan to season. Optional: Add water to pans to soften the cabbage if turkey fat is not enough (not oil).
Step 5
Once the cabbage has softened a bit, add 1/2 of the broccoli slaw to each pan and stir evenly.
Step 6
While the broccoli slaw is softening, make the sauce. Once all ingredients are cooked through, combine food in the Misen pan into the Always pan and pour sauce over the combined dish. Mix it all up and serve with rice.
