Instructions

Step 1
cook sausage fully and grain grease

Beat eggs with water and salt and pepper (The water makes the eggs extra fluffy)

scramble eggs moving softly so curds are large the water will steam fluffing up the eggs.

melt butter in pan

sauté onions until translucent then add spinach until it begins to wilt and remove from heat

build burrito layering egg, sausage and veggies add hot sauce if desired
