Step 1
Scramble ground beef In a skillet.

Add corn, rice, refried beans, salsa and browned ground beef in a bowl and stir to mix together well.
Step 3
Pour Into a casserole dish. Unwrap canned tamales and place across the top, pressing down Into the other ingredients.
Step 4
Cover the top with cheese, I prefer American slices but you use chedder if you want.
Step 5
Place in open at 350 for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and it's heated through.
