Step 1
In a large bowl mix coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar alternative together (coconut sugar or maple syrup work best). Add the apple slices and toss with your hands to coat.

To pantry the toast, place slices in medium skillet on medium high until slightly soft and then transfer to a plate. Cook bread in the same skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Top the toast with apple slices.

Step 3
Use your hands to rub each slice of bread with coated apple mixture. Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until apples have softened.
