Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes.



Step 2
Mash the block of tofu in the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes, until water is mostly evaporated.

Step 3
Add nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric, and garlic powder. Cook and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.




Step 4
Pour milk into the pan and stir to mix. Serve immediately.
