Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large skillet, fry bacon. Set bacon to the side. Keep the bacon grease in the skillet.

2. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté in bacon grease.
Step 3
3. Once the onions and garlic are softened, add corn and sauté for 3 minutes. Add Lima beans and okra. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Step 4
4. Once okra and Lima beans are cooked through, add cherry tomatoes and cook for about two more minutes.
Step 5
5. Crumble bacon on top and enjoy!
