Instructions

Step 1
Lightly brown some crushed garlic in pan with a little bit of oil first then add drumsticks, add soy and a little bit of water then add star anise and cover pan cook on low to medium heat
Step 2
Turn drumsticks after 5-10 mins say depending on how many you’re cooking then cook same time again with lid on to steam it. If cooked but there’s a lot of water still then I put on high heat and keep watch till water evaporates to constancy you want. If water dries up before chicken is cooked then add a little bit of water slowly and keep steaming till cook. Basically steam to cook and only lift lid if cooked or to dry up over watered sauce.
