roast chickpea pitta 😬😍 don’t even get me started on this beautyyyy πŸ”₯ 🌯 I must give a shout out to Jeff from ... I’ve been following him on youtube for years and was watching some of his old videos ... and he championed the roast chickpea pitta!!! πŸ₯™ delishhhh you don’t need to use any oil and Tahini mixed with water, lemon and salt is a great alternative to the yoghurt ❀️

Instructions

Step 1
Mix chickpea with ingredients Put in the air fryer till golden brown (keep an eye on them)
Step 2
Chop up tomatoes, cucumber and onion Shred carrot Chop up parsley Mix all together with lemon and salt
Step 3
Mix together the sauce recipe: dollop of yoghurt, dried mint, garlic and salt
Step 4
Add salad to tortilla Then the chickpeas Then drizzle with minty sauce Roll up tortilla/pita
