you donβt need to use any oil and Tahini mixed with water, lemon and salt is a great alternative to the yoghurt β€οΈ

Chickpeas
Salad
Minty sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chickpea with ingredients
Put in the air fryer till golden brown (keep an eye on them)
Step 2
Chop up tomatoes, cucumber and onion
Shred carrot
Chop up parsley Mix all together with lemon and salt
Step 3
Mix together the sauce recipe: dollop of yoghurt, dried mint, garlic and salt
Step 4
Add salad to tortilla
Then the chickpeas Then drizzle with minty sauce Roll up tortilla/pita
