roast chickpea pitta 😬😍 don’t even get me started on this beautyyyy 🔥 🌯 I must give a shout out to Jeff from ... I’ve been following him on youtube for years and was watching some of his old videos ... and he championed the roast chickpea pitta!!! 🥙 delishhhh you don’t need to use any oil and Tahini mixed with water, lemon and salt is a great alternative to the yoghurt ❤️

Instructions

Step 1
Mix chickpea with ingredients Put in the air fryer till golden brown (keep an eye on them)
Step 2
Chop up tomatoes, cucumber and onion Shred carrot Chop up parsley Mix all together with lemon and salt
Step 3
Mix together the sauce recipe: dollop of yoghurt, dried mint, garlic and salt
Step 4
Add salad to tortilla Then the chickpeas Then drizzle with minty sauce Roll up tortilla/pita
