Instructions
Mashed potatoes
Step 1
Peel and quarter the potatoes.
Step 2
Cook the potatoes on medium heat for about 20min until they are done.
Step 3
Melt the butter.
Step 4
Pour away the water and pour in the milk and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Mix the potatoes with a masher or hand blender.
Fish sticks
Step 6
Cut the fish into strips about 1cm thick.
Step 7
Beat the egg in a plate and whisk it.
Step 8
To one plate add the flour and to another the panko.
Step 9
Roll the fish first in flour then in egg and finally in panko.
Step 10
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the fish and fry for about 2min each side.
Sandwich

Boil the egg for about 8min.
Step 12
Meanwhile cut the baguette in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 13
Slice the boiled egg.
Step 14
Spread the bottom baguette half with the mashed potatoes and the upper half with the tartare sauce.
Step 15
Top the bottom half with the egg slices and fish sticks.
Step 16
Stack the upper half on top and enjoy!
