Instructions

Fries

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Then add the potatoes. Fry for about 3min until crispy and golden brown.

Lay the fries on a paper towel. And season with the salt

Fish

Step 4
Put the flower, egg and beer into a bowl and mix until well combined. If your batter is too thin add more flour. If it’s too thick add more beer.
Step 5
Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Dip the fish into the batter and make sure it’s covered everywhere

Add the fish to the pan. Fry for 3min each side until crispy and golden brown

Sandwich

Step 8
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with the Tartare Sauce. Then add the fish. Drizzle on some lemon juice. And place the fries on top.
Step 10
Stack the second half on top and enjoy!
