½ tsppepper
1 tsppaprika powder
4 Tbspwater
500mlsunflower oil

Instructions
Tartare sauce
Step 1
Mince the pickle and red onion.
Step 2
To a small bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fish
Step 3
Add the flour, corn starch and seasoning to a bowl and mix until well combined. Remove 1 tbsp of the flour mixture and add it to a flat plate.
Step 4
Add the water to the bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a small pot.
Step 6
First coat the fish with the dry flour mixture.
Step 7
Then coat it with the batter.
Step 8
Place the fish into the pot. Fry for about 2-3min on each side until crispy and golden brown.
Burger
Step 9
Cut the burger bun in half and toast until golden brown.
Step 10
Place the cheese on the bottom half. Melt it with a blow torch. Alternatively you can place the topped burger bun in the oven at 200 degree grill station until the cheese has melted.
Step 11
Top it with the fish and tartare sauce.
Step 12
Finally stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
