Instructions

Tartare sauce

Step 1
Mince the onion, pickle and capers. Chop the dill.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix until well combined.

Fish

Step 3
Cut the fish into 2 equal parts. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Crack the egg into a plate. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined.
Step 5
Add the flour and panko each to another flat plate.
Step 6
First coat the fish with flour. Then dip it in the egg and finally coat with panko. Make sure it's covered everywhere. Repeat with the other piece of fish.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the fish and fry each side for about 2-3min.

Wrap

Step 8
Place the cheese onto the center of the wrap. Then top with the fried fish.
Step 9
Spread the sauce on to the fish.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
