Step 1
Mash ½ cup boiled chickpeas and add grated paneer to it. Add all seasonings and mix along with 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Step 2
Apply 1 tbsp in total to both breads, place the filling and raw veggies toast it
Step 3
Makes 2 sandwiches
