Instructions

Step 1
In a medium (10 in) skillet, heat oil over medium. Add onion and garlic cooking about 5 minutes or until onions are soft. Stir in chickpeas, tomatoes, curry, and milk. Season with salt and red pepper. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
Step 2
Stir bullion into water, add rice. Microwave 10 minutes in a covered microwavable container.
