Step 1
Place your ice cream maker's freezer bowl in the freezer several hours before making this recipe, or freeze overnight; if you don't have an ice cream maker, place a freezer safe container, such as a bread pan or baking pan, in the freezer instead

Combine ground hemp seeds, stevia extract, and protein powder in a small bowl, set aside

Add banana, vanilla extract, yogurt, and your milk of choice (I prefer Darigold's Chocolate FIT milk for extra protein) to a blender, blend until smooth

Blend dry ingredients into the mixture, adding one spoonful at a time, until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth

Turn on your ice cream machine and pour mixture into the bowl; churn for 30 minutes or until desired consistency; or, pour into your pre-chilled freezer safe container and place in the freezer; freeze for 4-6 hours, or until desired consistency, stirring every 1-2 hours to retain the creamy texture
