Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add all ingredients except cinnamon. Mix well.
Step 2
In either a mason jar, mug, bowl or container, pour approx. 1/4 cup of the oat mix followed by a layer of cinnamon. Repeat 4 times for 4 layers, similar to a cinnamon roll.
Step 3
Seal tight (with a lid, cap, saran wrap, etc.) and place into the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight until the oats have become soft.
