Step 1
Cut the apple in cubes and sautée in a pan until soft. Fpr the Pancakes: Mix dry ingredients, then add the wet and mix until lump-free. Pour in a pan that has been oiled with a tiny bit of coconut oil. Flip and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with the sauteed apples and nut butter.
