Instructions
Step 1
Season pork chops with Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Spray crockpot with oil or line with liner.
Step 3
Whisk together water/broth, garlic, ketchup, oil, ginger, soy sauce, and honey.
Step 4
Place pork chops in crockpot, and pour sauce over chops.
Step 5
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours
Step 6
Mix cornstarch with 1/4 c. Water and add 10 min before ready to serve.
