Instructions

Step 1
Heat the pan and add ghee. Add nuts and raisins and fry until golden. Remove from the pan
Step 2
Add more ghee and let it melt. Add semonila. Roast until it becomes golden brown. Add water. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 3
Add sugar and mix. Add saffron milk, cardamom and roasted nuts. Cook for a minute.
Step 4
Saffron milk: add some saffron to 1 Tbsp milk and soak for 15 min
