Ingredients
4 servings

400mlwhole milk

1onion
small, thickly sliced

2bay leaves

500gwhite fish fillets
skinned thick

40gbutter

40gplain flour

150gfrozen peas

200gpeeled prawns
large

flaked sea salt

freshly ground black pepper
Mash topping
Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk with onion and bay leaf, season. Place fish fillets in pan and bring to gentle simmer. Remove from heat and infuse for 20 mins. Drain fish and reserve milk.
Step 2
Make mash. Preheat oven to Fan 180°
Step 3
Melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for a few seconds then gradually add infused milk. Stir in peas and season. Add fish and prawns. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Spoon potato over fish mixture then bake for 25 mins.
