Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 190C
Pour 70ml boiling water over the stuffing mix, stir well with a fork and set aside to cool. Once cooled, shape into a patty around the same size as your burger bun and place on a baking tray along with the bacon. Bake in the oven for around 30 mins
After 15 minutes, remove the bacon and set aside
Pop a non-stick frying pan over a medium and spray with olive oil spray. Fry the turkey until golden on all sides and cooked through
In a jug, add the gravy granules, then pour over 20ml boiling water and mix well, then stir in the mayonnaise until thickened but still runny
Lightly toast the burger bun, then spread a layer of gravy mayo on the base. Add the stuffing to this, then the bacon. Slice the turkey breast and add this on, pouring over the gravy mayo on top and some cranberry sauce
