Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Mince the pickle and onion.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Meat

Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the meat and mince with a wooden spoon.

Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 3min.

Add the cheese and let melt for another 2min.

Burger

Step 6
Cut the burger buns in half and roast them in a pan until golden brown.
Step 7
Slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread each burger bun half with the sauce.
Step 9
Top the bottom halves with the salad, tomatoes and meat.
Step 10
Stack the upper halves on top. Enjoy!
