Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to instructions (or cook 250g potatoes in airfryer at 200 for 15mins)
Step 2
Add onion and capsicum to a pan on high heat
Step 3
When the onion and capsicum has softened add turkey
Step 4
Season with spices and add garlic
Step 5
Add diced tomatoes, corn and black beans
Step 6
Add mixture in top of rice (or potatoes), and top with avocado and Greek yoghurt
