Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together Flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
Step 3
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Step 4
Heat up your skillet and grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour in the pancake batter and cook on one side until the bubbles form and break. Flip then cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve.
