Do you like pollack roe (as known as “myeongnan-jeot in Korean)? If you do, try making this pasta! You can make rich and flavorful pollack roe pasta without using heavy cream!

Instructions
Step 1

Remove the skin on pollack roe (myeongnan-jeot).

Step 2

Cut shiitake mushroom as thin as possible.

Step 3

Get butter melted and add 1 tablespoon of tsuyu.

Step 4

Add cooking sake (or mirin).

Step 5

Add mayo. (Kewpie mayo is recommended.)
Step 6

Mix well and your sauce is ready :)
Step 7

Cook spaghetti noodle in the boiling water.

Step 8

While noodle is being cooked, stir-fry shiitake mushroom in the pan.

Step 9

Add sauce and one scoop of pasta water.
Step 10

Add noodle and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 11

Add garnish (I used scallion and thinly-cut seaweed paper).
