Do you like pollack roe (as known as โmyeongnan-jeot in Korean)? If you do, try making this pasta! You can make rich and flavorful pollack roe pasta without using heavy cream!

Step 1
Remove the skin on pollack roe (myeongnan-jeot).

Cut shiitake mushroom as thin as possible.

Get butter melted and add 1 tablespoon of tsuyu.

Add cooking sake (or mirin).

Add mayo. (Kewpie mayo is recommended.)

Mix well and your sauce is ready :)

Cook spaghetti noodle in the boiling water.

While noodle is being cooked, stir-fry shiitake mushroom in the pan.

Add sauce and one scoop of pasta water.

Add noodle and cook for 1 more minute.

Add garnish (I used scallion and thinly-cut seaweed paper).
