Incredibly tasty! If you can marinate the chicken for longer, even better, but 15 min min. Looks like LOADS of ingredients, but most are for the paprika marinade - don't be put off!

Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken, 2 tbsps of olive oil, and all seasonings on the ingredients list, down to the onion, into a bowl and combine well. Cover and marinade for at least 15 mins
Step 2
Add remaining oil to a large wok or skillet and heat on high, meanwhile finely slice onion. Add onion and sautée while finely slicing pepper. Add pepper, and cook all until softened
Step 3
Add marinated chicken and sear on all sides for about 5 mins, turning regularly. Once seared, if you are eating with rice, it is a good time to start that going
Step 4
Meanwhile, add puree and oregano to stock, then add to chicken once seared. Bring all up to boil, then simmer down for 10 to 15 mins until reduced (but not too dry, it is the sauce base)
Step 5
Remove from the heat, stir through the cream cheese and it is ready to serve
