Salmon & Chili-Peanut Butter Pasta

Pretty damn good and it's easy to make.
PS: you can use any type of meat here, doesn't have to be salmon (I just like it).

1salmon slice

salt
to taste

black pepper
to taste

1 tspchili powder

⅔ Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspgarlic powder
or minced garlic
Pasta

2 ouncesspaghetti

2garlic cloves
minced

0.5red onion
sliced

1sweet mini pepper
sliced

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tsppeanut butter

⅔ Tbspdark brown sugar

⅓ cuppasta water
adjust as needed

Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce onto the salmon and rub it all over it.
Step 2
Season salmon with salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder on both sides.
Step 3
Cook pasta in generously salted water.
Step 4
Melt butter in pan and cook salmon skin-side down for at least 4 minutes before flipping over.
Step 5
Once salmon is done, remove from pan and add butter.
Step 6
Sauté minced garlic, onion, and sweet pepper.
Step 7
Add soy sauce, peanut butter, dark brown sugar, and pasta water and mix all that together.
Step 8
Add cooked pasta and combine. Make sure to coat every single strand of pasta.
Step 9
Assemble and serve!
