Step 1
• Bring the required amount of bread and place it on a plate
Step 2
• Add the ready-made chickpeas in the required quantity and spread them on the bread
Step 3
• Place the lettuce and tomato on top of the chickpeas spread on the bread
Step 4
• If the chicken is not cooked - bring the raw chicken in the required quantity and put some chicken tikka spices on it.
Step 5
• Then cook it in the oven or on the grill for 30 to 40 minutes - note you can use butter spray to prevent sticking
Step 6
• Add the cooked chicken pieces over the lettuce and tomatoes
Step 7
• Put the plate in the microwave for 20 seconds on the highest power
Step 8
• Take out the plate and roll the bread to turn it into a sandwich
Step 9
