Step 1
-in the butter, fry the minced garlic + diced onion on a low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
-add the coriander powder, cumin powder + combine.
Step 3
-add the chopped tomatoes, cream, a splash of water + a pinch of salt then simmer on low for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
-add the tofu (bake or fry till crispy with 1/2 tbsp curry powder) + fenugreek leaves then simmer for another 5 minutes.
