Instructions
Step 1
Boil and halve eggs. Rub eggs in turmeric and salt. Fry until brown on the outside and remove from pan.
Step 2
Dice onion and add to pan sauteing until golden. Add tomatoes and fry until soft.
Step 3
Mix masalas, salt, chilli paste and 3 Tbsp water together. Add to tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes, mashing the tomatoes.
Step 4
Add 1/4 cup water and bring to boil. Gently add eggs, coating in masala and cook until masala is dry.
