3 Tbspsouthwest spice blend
1 tspannatto paste
3 oztomato paste
2 tspadobo sauce
from Chipotle chili in adobo sauce
Part 2
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add all ingredients in part 1. Pour the pineapple juice from the can to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Drain and rinse beans; mix in beans, pulled pork to the bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Warm it up to serve with tacos, pineapple and lime juice
Step 3
Serve with tortillas, lime and hot sauce
