Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees and place as many pieces of bacon in immediately
Step 2
Bacon will slowly cook for 14-15min, or until bacon looks crispy in the oven
Step 3
When the bacon is done, remove from oven and let sit on paper towels to remove excess grease for 10min. Place some butter in a nonstick pan on low/medium heat and prep the bagel to be toasted. Once the butter starts to sizzle a bit, place an egg (optional to use those egg rings purchased) and begin making a fried egg. I recommend starting to toast your bagel as well so everything can be done at once. I defrost and then toast the bagel whole without cutting. Nice texture with crisp outside crust and fluffier inside bagel. Cut bagel after toasting. Once the egg whites look set, use the pan flip method to flip the egg over. I also sometimes break the yolk and then flip to get even yolk on the whole egg. Egg should only need 20 seconds (if that) to cook if you want a more runny yolk for a fried egg. However, cook longer if you want the yolk to set and be more scrambled like.
Step 4
Once the eggs are fully done and bagel is toasted. Place eggs on the bottom of the bagel, followed by bacon, followed by cheese overtop, then place the top of the bagel on the sandwich.
Step 5
You're now done, enjoy!
