Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Make pie crusts as directed on package for two crust pie using a 9 inch pan
Step 3
In a medium sauce pan melt butter medium heat
Step 4
Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until combined
Step 5
Gradually add milk and broth and stir until bubbly and thick
Step 6
Add potatoes
Step 7
Spoon mixture into crust-lined pan
Step 8
Add second crust over top and seal/flute the edges
Step 9
Add slits or shapes in the top of the crust in several places
Step 10
Bake for 15 minutes
Step 11
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes (or until crust looks done)
