coat chicken in corn starch and bit of salt

bake in oven until golden brown flipping halfway

mix coconut aminos garlic ginger sugar chili flakes orange juice and some peel

mix 1 tbsp corn starch with 3 tbsp water and add to sauce when it comes to a boil. lower heat and stir until thick
