Step 1
Start but adding your olive oil and chopped onions to a pan and warm on medium heat, pushing around occasionally.

Step 2
Once your onions start to become golden, add in your mushrooms and mix in with the onions ofer medium heat. Let them cook until they begin to sweat and cook down (about 7 minutes). Continue to move your mixture around so avoid it getting dry.
Step 3
Add in your Cabernet and mix for 2 minutes, then place your lid over the pan and let your mushroom mixture simmer on low for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in your favorite serving dish or add it straight to your plate and enjoy!
