Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C conventional.
Step 2
Melt butter in pan, add diced bacon and jalapenos.
Step 3
Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant. Turn off stove.
Step 4
Mix egg, milk or cream, salt and pepper together.
Step 5
Distribute bacon mixture, green onions and half of the cheese into a 12-muffin pan.
Step 6
Pour egg mixture over toppings, then top with cheese.
Step 7
Cook for approx 18-20 mins. The top should be golden but the centre still a little bit jiggly.
