1 Tbsground cumin
2 packetscock soup
1 packetorange sazon

1 tspred pepper flakes
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 packetsazon
green tropical
1 Tbsgreen tropical seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice all vegetables. Set Aside
Step 2
In a large stock pot add 4 cups of water and salt to taste. Add one green packet of tropical sazon seasoning. Bring water to boil and add lentils and allow to boil until fully cooked
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, butter, cornmeal and mix well. Add one cup water and knead dough
Step 4
Shape the dough into small balls ad flatten slightly until biscuit shaped
Step 5
Add chicken to pot of lentils adding water to cover and boil.
Step 6
Add diced onions, bell peppers, garlic, bay leaves and thyme to pot. Season with salt, cumin and Goya green tropical seasoning. Bring to boil and add dumplings to pot
Step 7
Mix dumplings in pot and add 2 packets of cock soup and one packet of orange tropical seasoning
Step 8
Add more water to the pot. Add red crushed pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and a little touch of sugar
Step 9
Add all diced vegetables, except the russet potatoes, and allow to cook for 10 minutes
Step 10
Add russet potatoes and allow to cook until soft.
