Simple Casserole with healthy greens. Can add meat if you like, by cooking meat before veggies and adding it together in dish at the end.

Instructions
Step 1

Cook Greens in Olive Oil on Medium Heat



Step 2

Add Mushrooms Onion and Garlic, cook until mushrooms have shrink down and onions are cooked.
Step 3

Turn Off Veggies and Boil Water

Step 4
Cook Noodles and Drain Water

Step 5

Combine Veggies and Cooked Noodles in caserole dish.

Step 6

Stir in Marianara Sauce, and mix together with veggies and noodles. Make sure to spill over the side, like this idiot did (definitely isn't me).
Step 7

Top with a layer of cheese. (Preferably Mozzarella or Gouda)
Step 8

Bake Casserole at 375°F for 20 min.
Step 9

Enjoy.
