Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Make a crater in the center of the mixture and add all the liquid ingredients. With a wooden spoon mix until well incorporated an a dough is formed.
Step 2
cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-low heat. To press the tortillas you can use a tortilla press or simply press in between two cutting boards.
Step 4
Place tortilla in hot skillet for 15 seconds then flip to other side. Cook on second side for 30-45 seconds until beginning to brown. Flip back to first side and gently press to make it balloon up.
Step 5
Remove from skillet and keep warm until ready to use.
