Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop the shrimp & place in a bowl with 1/2 c lime juice. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before adding the vegetables.

2. Chop the cucumber, tomato, onion, serranos, and cilantro.
Step 3
3. Add the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, Clamato juice, and jugo maggi to the shrimp.

4. Mix well and store in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Step 5
5. Air fry tortillas at 390* F for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. (The tortilla will fly if you don’t put it under the tray or weigh it down with an air fryer safe dish)
Step 6
6. Each tostada will get 1.75 oz ceviche and 15 g (1 tbsp) lite mayo. One serving is 3 tostadas.
