Step 1
Combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper with flour. Coat chuck roast with the mixture. Add to hot pan and sear on each side for 4 minutes until a golden crust forms. Once finished add into crock pot.



Step 2
Halve baby potatoes. Cut celery and carrots into rounds. Mince garlic and chop onions.





Step 3
In the same pan add 2 tbs of butter. Add diced onions with garlic and cook until softened. Once soft deglaze pan with wine and transfer all contents into crock pot.



Step 4
Add remainder of ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 6+ hours until potatoes are soft. Meat can either be shredded in the crock pot or moved onto cutting board for ease of access. Serve hot and enjoy
