2 large boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
Step 1
Heat cast iron skillet, medium heat. Preheat oven to 365F. Microwave cauliflower per package instructions.
Step 2
Season chicken with 1 tablespoon creole. add 1 tablespoon olive oil and chicken to hot skillet. Cook throughly.
Step 3
Once cauliflower is done in microwave move to bowl. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon creole, toss to coat and transfer to cookie sheet, roast in over for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Remove cooked chicken from skillet add another 1 tablespoon of olive oil and onion that has been thinly sliced. Saute for 5 minutes. once chicken has cooled cut into bite sized peices.
Step 5
Add bell pepper and celery, both sliced thin, to onions. Saute for 6 minutes.
Step 6
Add shrimp to skill, cook until both sides are pink. Add turkey (cut into bite sized peices) saute for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Mix in garlic, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, cauliflower rice and chicken. heat throughly.
Step 8
Serve
