Step 1
Cut super firm tofu into cubes and coat them in cornstarch seasoned with garlic & onion powder
Step 2
Fry the tofu in a hot pan with oil for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Add a splash of soy sauce or coconut aminos to coat the tofu then add your favorite teriyaki sauce. With the pan at a high heat keep it moving until the tofu is caramelized in the sauce.
Step 4
Lower the heat and add a touch more teriyaki sauce and serve over rice.
