Instructions
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients and beef into a medium bowl, and leave for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients into a small bowl, and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and add garlic.
Step 4
Add beef and cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate, and set aside.
Step 5
Add potato and saute for about 5 minutes. Add green pepper and saute for about another 4 minutes.
Step 6
Add sauce, and coat meat and vegetable with the sauce.
