Step 1
Fry the onion until pink, add the carrots and potatoes. Continue frying for 10 min. Put aside. In the same pan fry the chicken until brown. Add the vegies back in the pan. Add the flour and fry a bit. Add salt and pepper. Add the boiling water. Add turmeric. Close the lid and continue cooking at low heat for 10 min. Let cool down for 30 min.
