1 Tbslemon juice
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta to box directions, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Add chopped shallots and garlic to a sauce pan with oil and sautΓ©.
Step 3
Add chopped asparagus for 3 mins max on medium heat.
Step 4
Add cooked pasta and lemon juice and toss together.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over and mix. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
